Every local church or “charge” of The United Methodist Church is structured to have an annual “charge conference.” Members of the current Administrative Board are required to attend, and the invitation is for all active church members as we the elect new leaders and and prayerfully reflect on this year’s ministries.

While in previous years we have shared this conference with other charges, this year District Superintendent Jerry Wallace will oversee our time together and get to know Matthews Memorial on an individual level. The Administrative Board has been working throughout the year to ensure that the church’s ministries and stewardship of resources are aligned with our mission and vision.
